Food Photography is the most joyous job in the category. It is fun, it is vibrant and we love to work on the other side of the table. The collection of aromas working around with food is such a great feeling. But it demands a great level of styling, choosing the colour palette and plating, without which the images of food can look dull.
It is challenging to work on different cuisines simultaneously, from grating fresh parmesan on a pasta dish to suddenly switching to a nice plate of dosa, every shot has to be different and convey a story, the essence and even taste, which may contribute to a customer to placing an order.
